More calm
You learn to feel more clearly what stress and tension do to you, in your mind and in your body. Step by step, this can bring more calm to the way you think, feel and respond.
Individual therapy
On the outside, you keep going. But inside, the tension remains. If you are experiencing stress, tension, anxiety or inner restlessness, it can help to pause and look at what is happening within you.
Often, it is only in moments of calm that you begin to see what you have been carrying all this time, and what is asking for attention.
You are used to carrying a lot on your own. You think a lot, feel responsible and try to stay in control. And yet you notice that the tension does not really settle.
Are you more easily overwhelmed, sleeping restlessly, constantly “on”, or feeling signals in your body that you can no longer push aside?
Then individual therapy can be a calm place to pause with what is happening inside you, without judgement and without having to force anything.
Through attention and awareness, something can begin to shift in the way you relate to tension, anxiety, stress and everything you carry.

As you pause with what you are experiencing, awareness often begins to grow as well. You gain more insight into what is happening inside you, what feeds the tension and what is asking for attention in that moment.
What you feel no longer has to take over completely, creating more space to be with yourself and with daily life in a different way.
In individual therapy, there is space to pause with what you are experiencing, in a calm, attuned and clear way. Together, we look at what is asking for attention in your thoughts, in your body and in the way you respond to tension or inner unrest.
