Naturally involved
I naturally pick up on what is alive in someone and what is asking for attention, even when it is still difficult to put into words.
ABOUT NURIA NARVAEZ VENTURA
La Aurora refers to the moment just before sunrise. A moment of slowing down, where space can open up for what is asking for attention.
When you are dealing with tension, stress or inner restlessness, it matters that you can turn to someone with whom you feel safe, seen and not judged. In my practice in Pelt, I look together with you at what you are experiencing and what is happening inside you.
Truly seeing people, sensing what is happening beneath the surface and making space for what is alive within, has been with me from a young age. That natural involvement led me towards this work.
My own experiences with burnout and depression later deepened that path. They softened my perspective even more and strengthened my sense of how important safety, attunement and steady support are when someone feels stuck.
I naturally pick up on what is alive in someone and what is asking for attention, even when it is still difficult to put into words.
My own process has made my work more human and more grounded. Because of that, I know how essential it is to feel safe, seen and supported.
With La Aurora, I want to offer a place where calm, clarity and awareness can grow, in a way that feels gentle and still touches something real.
I am Nuria Narvaez Ventura. For me, softness and clarity go hand in hand.
I listen carefully, quickly sense what is happening beneath the surface and name what becomes visible in a way that is clear while still leaving room.
Since 2007, I have been supporting people in their process. Over the years, a way of working has grown that is warm, grounded and attuned, without losing depth.
In contact, honesty matters to me. You do not have to be anything other than who you are.
Every session starts with what is present in that moment. This leaves room for what you bring and for what becomes visible as we work.
I do not only listen to your words, but also pay attention to your body, your reactions and the way you relate to yourself and to others.
I pay close attention to what shows itself in your words, your body and your responses.
By gently reflecting back what becomes visible, it can become clearer what was difficult to name before.
Every session follows what you need, in a way that fits your pace and your capacity.
In my practice, calm, safety and attunement are central. From there, more space can gradually open up for what you need.
By pausing together with what is going on, more clarity can grow around what you feel, think and keep running into.
You do not have to force anything. Together, we look at what feels safe enough to give attention to in that moment.
Change does not need to happen quickly. There can be space to feel, step by step, what feels right and manageable for you.
In my practice, there is room for depth, feeling and becoming more aware of what is alive within you. At the same time, it matters to me that the support remains clear and careful.
My guidance is complementary to regular care and not a replacement for it. Where needed, I am happy to think along with you about suitable support or further coordination.
For me, softness and groundedness belong together. There can be a lot of space for what you are experiencing, in a way that remains safe, human and clear.
Then I would be glad to welcome you for a calm introductory conversation. Together, we can look at where you are now and what might be helpful.
