Stress, tension and anxiety do not usually disappear on their own. Without realising it, we often fall into patterns of thinking and reacting that keep repeating themselves. What once helped you get through difficult moments can, over time, become something your body continues to hold on to.

When those patterns begin to come into view, more space starts to open up. As you become aware of what keeps repeating itself in the way you think and respond, your body can begin to settle in a different way.

This is how stress, tension and anxiety can begin to ease, step by step. Not by pushing harder, but by becoming more aware of what is really going on.
